-Exciting test-drive fundraising event will generate much-needed money for Northern High School’s Theater Department, helping the local community.
LEXINGTON PARK, MARYLAND – Lincoln and its dealers have launched a new program called Driven To Give, combining the successful Drive Smart For Your School and Drive Smart For A Cause programs. Driven To Give is designed to help raise much needed funding for local community groups and nonprofit organizations. To date, Lincoln dealerships and local communities across the United States have helped raised more than $3 million for educational or charitable organizations.
Lexington Park Lincoln is bringing Lincoln’s Driven To Give program to the Owings community in an effort to raise up to $8,000 for Northern High School’s Theater Department. For every person who takes the wheel and test-drives an eligible Lincoln vehicle at Northern High School located at 2950 Chaneyville Road in Owings, MD 20736 on Saturday, October 11th, 2014, Lexington Park Lincoln and Lincoln will donate $20 to Northern High School’s Theater Department. For every second test- drive in the 2015 Lincoln MKC, Lincoln will donate an additional $20.* The funds will go toward buying new theater equipment for Northern High School’s Theater Department.
“We know funding for community programs is hard to come by, and we want to do our part to help make sure these programs remain available,” said Steve Raley, General Manager at Lexington Park Lincoln. “We’re excited to raise money for Northern High School’s Theater Department.”
The event, which will be held from 10 AM to 6 PM, will feature vehicles from the reimagined 2014 and 2015 Lincoln lineup. Dealership staff on site will be able to assist with all Lincoln vehicles and provide additional information about each vehicle available for test-drive.
To participate in this exciting event and get behind the wheel of your favorite Lincoln vehicle, please visit 2950 Chaneyville Road in Owings, MD 20736 between 10 AM and 6 PM on Saturday, October 11th, 2014.
